el. multitool with brush |

Perspex-glas |
thick paper |
|
sharp knife |
saw for the frame |
|
about 3 hours of time |
|
draw or print your motive on the paper, cut the want to have
scratched parts out
tape the paper on the Perspex
scratch it with the multitool
make holes for the LED's on the edges of the glas
glue your Led's in the
holes
wire and solder them
saw your frame and glue it around
